PREMIER AGENT PROGRAM

 

 Carrier Access, Inc.'s premier agent program is designed to fit well with organizations that have experience in telecommunications and are managing most of the sales process themselves.  Giving our premier agents the option to utilize some or all of our support is what makes this program great. We try to make the process as easy as possible for our agents. Everything you need is located in one place - on our extranet.

 

With This Program You Can Expect:

 

 - High Residual Commissions

 

 On top of your one time commission, as a premier agent you get your residual commissions that come from the clients you sign.

 

 - One Time Carrier Bonuses

 

 When carriers offer a bonus or special for selling a particular product, we share at least 50% of that bonus with YOU!

 

 - Pre-Sales

 

 Premier agents have access to our pre-sales and quotes team. It's never been easier to get a quote to your customers.

 

 - Project Management

 

 Once a deal is signed, our in-house project managers maintain and coordinate provisioning, installs, and testing from start to finish, and keep you and the client in the loop the entire way.

 

 - Post-Sales

 

 After your client's install is complete, we have award winning customer service to back up all the products and services sold through Carrier Access, Inc.. We take the headache out of calling multiple callers and monitor issues from start to finish.

 

 - Agent Manager Support

 

 For questions and situations that can't be found in the resources on our extranet, we have dedicated agent manager support there to help. From answering questions to going on customer calls when needed, your agent manager is at your disposal.

 

 - Product Training

 

 Ongoing carrier and product training, as well as training by special request can be arranged for our premier agents. 

 - Retention Database/Services

 

 Track and maintain your customer base with our retention tool. Set reminders about ending contracts, keep notes, and contact information!
